Re: Can trans women be masculine and attract you?
True ....
In some forum someone gave a good definition of me ...
" someone who is self reliant, very intolerant of any bull, perhaps a little masculine in her demeanor, as in she may have a job or hobby that is normally associated with men.
Her emotions are are kept in check in that she rarely shows them to anyone. And this is the primary trait that makes her seem "hard cookie".
This person nailed it with my personality ....LOL

Re: Can trans women be masculine and attract you?
I think from the follow up posted your question refers more to personality traits than physical appearances. I've no problem with girls liking supposedly masculine things like sports or comics or any of those things.
If physically, then obvIoudly my preferences are for feminine women, but everyone is different

Re: Can trans women be masculine and attract you?
I am attracted to the woman form and personality. In pics I have seen some guys that turn me on, but in real life I lock up even just talking to gay guys. I'm not sure if I will ever go there, nor much interest. In particular, a woman with a cock negates any interest in guys.
In woman, I am not interested in ripply muscle types, but athletes like swimmers, rock climbers, runners, rugby players turn me on. It ranges thru the girl next door, sweetheart, hippy chick, and into the model types. However, I have always had a problem with the bleached blonde Barbie doll mall girl type where their goal in life is a new pair of Prada shoes.
As to what she thinks or likes, as long as she thinks (and is pretty smart) I'm OK. Sport Nuts, concert girls, gamers, Nascar (well maybe not there), love outdorsy types that fish, hike, camp, or hunt.
As I get intimate with her there must be a fem feeling to her.

Re: Can trans women be masculine and attract you?
femenine demeanor is a must for me, as for masculine body, slim kind of body thats ok, not lou fegrrino with a wig
as for masculine facial features, well don like in general, but there are occasionally some i find attractive but is in a morbid facination kind of way (not sure if thats the right expression on english, i dont mean like necrofilia sort of stuff, but attractive because its outside the norm kind of way )
dont think positive, think hiv positive

Re: Can trans women be masculine and attract you?
A weak men doesn't have guts to talk to a 5'5 gorgeous beautiful girl with a strong personality and that can always be a turn off. I actually find it a turn on when a guy can prove me that he has guts, and its not intimidated by a girl with a strong personality that says to me he is daring and dominated after all. I say everybody has fem and masculine traits wether its by physically or personality wise. I started transitioning by 14to15 so anything that has to do masculinity is something i never resemble physically nor ever since i was a child. I love to challenge men in their game.... but its the exterior the one that protects me. Showing weak emotions to men is never good. I would say women with a dominant personality make the rest of the women look good ...

Continuing the Michelle Rodriguez thing from a few pages ago, only because I'm totally down with Michelle Rodriguez too, and totally see the feminine in her.
Plus, she's all kinds of hot, when covered in oil!!!

Re: Can trans women be masculine and attract you?
There is an escort in London called Goria who has made a strange journey (IMHO) and seems to be very popular. s a TS she was, obviously, once in a male body. Then she became a rather lovely looking TS. Now she advertises as a muscular dominant goddess. To my mind she is now such a strange hybrid I find her unnattractive. But she has many fans.

Re: Can trans women be masculine and attract you?
some of the above posts are speaking more about personality than looks. my original answer is just about looks. a woman liking things a man traditionally likes or exhibiting crass behavior associated with men has nothing do to with turning me on or off.
a butch woman is one that can be mistaken for a man because she has harder features, non-feminine attire and mannerisms and is in my opinion, generally unattractive. some of these women may have wonderful personalities and we may in fact become friends, but there could be no attraction.
Let's face it...some women just look better with their clothes ON
