Setting aside her performances on film, which were delightfully provocative and some of the best I have seen, on her last evening she seems to have behaved in a selfish and irresponsible manner, causing her own death and that of an oncoming motorist -or, was she terrified that she was going to be prosecuted for some felony and, given her police record, was she afraid that under the 'three strikes and you're out' policy, if found guilty she was facing life in prison? I don't know the truth of the incident, but the 'three strikes and you're out' is surely the dumbest attitude to crime prevention in the modern world --I ask this as I don't know if it applies in her case or in Georgia.

I think you mis-read, he said "or" as in speculation, as in he speculating as why she ran, as in she possibly had a record?

Possibly not the right place to speculate but its based on news reports of fleeing. Why do people flee from the bizzies..?

Shrug. Very, very sad for everyone involved especially the other driver but tragic for all.
