Does having anal sex more frequently make it cleaner?

Ok, I hate to admit it, but I've had an occasional accident while being topped. It's the most embarrassing thing for me, and I hate it!

I've been doing enemas each time before I plan to have sex that evening. I also don't really eat dinner.

It kinda sucks because my gf and I go out to dinner, spend a nice evening together, and I can't really enjoy it spontaneously due to all the preparation and avoiding dinner.

I have noticed that when using a dildo (I'm trying to stretch because I'm still really not used to her being inside me), sometimes it's a little dirty. I wash it, then keep going and it becomes clean.

Kinda gross, I know, and I hope no one is eating dinner while reading this

But I'm wondering, is that a reasonable technique rather than enemas and not eating? Does this make sense?

You need to take more time cleaning yourself out. I would think you should enema ideally right before you do the deed.

I find as long as you've got it all cleaned out, you have hours.

I usually do a good full cleaning before my early afternoon shower, and I'm fine (even if I eat) until I go to sleep and wake up having to poo.

When someone stays over they usually have to settle for head in the morning.

It just seems so inconvenient and breaks the spontaneity. Is that just the way it goes? I mean, is that what's expected and considered normal? I don't want to be a buzz kill when she's in the mood.

Also, doing and enema can irritate me a bit and usually calms down in a couple hours. Any advice on for that?

Sorry for all the questions (kinda new to all this), but.. how much cleaning is necessary? I've spend an hour in there and only then is it really clean. Is it necessary to always flush everything out as deep as it goes?

I don't really know...I don't get irritated. I put a bunch of water up there and let it fall out. I do it about ten times and it's done. I know it's done when mucous comes out instead of whatever I ate the day before.

Of course, this is after I've emptied my bowels as much as I expect to that day, so I'm just going in for the dregs.
