Having 23 posts and making a comment like this, is REALLY tacky. You haven't been here long enough. If we allow fund raiser posts, then we allow them. Being around the holidays or your thoughts on them, are irrelevant.

I genuinely don't understand the amount of flack we're receiving for this:/ We're selling Perks, lots of them, as opposed to panhandling/begging with nothing in return. We also don't post amazon wishlists like many other industry girls, which is just asking for free stuff.
Might it be actually because the goal is for SRS?
As for this being around the holidays, that didn't even come to mind. Neither one of us seriously practice holidays...and this fundraiser will likely be going on long after they're done. I don't see the reasoning to not have gotten it rolling when we did.
