Nice smokescreen; but we are not actually talking about sperm here, but about the total volume of ejaculate. Read the following:

The seminal vesicles are inside the body, as is the prostate. Only 5% of the final ejaculate is produced in the testicles, and of course this is lost when the vas deferens is severed. But I don't think we're concerned about 5% here.
