What does a photographer do when..

What does the photographer do when he has an appointment to reshoot a girl from a year or two ago that shows up and is awful or disfigured? She may have had let herself go ( put on 100 pounds), got all caught up with drugs ( either lost all of her curves and is just bones, has meth mouth or picking scabs), had some bad cosmetic surgeries ( but injections from fix-o-flat, bad boob jobs or facial surgery)or got some unattractive tattoos and piercings( something like homemade or brandings) or even bad skin problems, big zits all over her ass and face.

Do they try to shot her and make the best of it, throw her out the door and try to find another girl, do you have a back up plan before she arrives? Do you make them send photos first just to make sure, this has to happen.

just get rid of her ..but then i always ask for a current picture beforehand before shooting any person ..spots and stuff can be shopped out of pics and just some makeup to conceal them more for video so no biggie on them ..

for me its more if a model is much fatter , doesnt look like the pics they sent me ..i have binned a few models in past over this .. before i used to ask for a current pic as well :.

Thanks for the reply, I was asking because I just see a photo of a girl that was early in her transition and looked like she had what it took to not be at the top but not at the bottom either and she went out and had some not so well thought out body art and her canine tooth was rotten out.
