I'm not saying you're wrong, but my question is that since no guy who watches TS porn gives a rat's ass about the male talent, and it's not gonna make a difference as far as sales go (I would think), why wouldn't they shoot a guy without his face?

I would assume because it creates extra work for the person filming/photographing? Every shot has to be carefully framed so that the male performer's face isn't visible, and if his face slips into the frame, then that shot has to be deleted or edited out. Why put up with that when other male talent is willing to actually appear in porn? While you are right that the audience for porn isn't that interested in seeing the male model, the bottom line is that appearing in porn, regardless of gender, means being paid so that other people can watch you have sex or be sexual. That means the audience needs to be able to actually see you.

Plus it's kind of a shitty double standard for the female model: "It's okay for you, female model, to be clearly identifiable and thus put your future non-porn employment prospects in jeopardy, but me? I want to have my cake and eat it too." No offense to the OP, but that sufficiently rubs me the wrong way that I wouldn't want to appear with him even if his body is a perfect 10.
