i must say that the sheer irrational nature of the OP's complaint was handled far more professionally than he deserved. Its too bad for him that "customer defective" is not a valid reason for a refund.

now, with respect to stealing porn...this is no different than instrumental's post here and there is no convincing someone that thinks their crime is victimless.

the way i see it, producers really only have 2 choices in a world where piracy is impossible to extinguish...1) stop producing porn and get a job at walmart or 2) produce the best porn possible to keep their paying customer base satiated and attract new ones. i vote for continuing the latter.
