I'm sure there's more than one reason for this, but men's attitude is without doubt one of them. Any girl visiting this forum for only half an hour will know that most men care much more for size than shape. Several posters here have already commented in this direction and one is even admitting that he actually prefers boobs that really look fake.
Threads on natural breasted girls do generally not attract many fans. I started one quite recently on a girl that I do personally very much adore. Totally disagree with the notion that men's attitudes have much to do with this. First of all, this forum is a very small subset of men in general, but if you want to put credence in it, then you must also point out the thousands of posts where girls vehemently defend their choices by saying "It's my body. Fuck all o' y'all. I did this for me!"
Also, it's very EASY to become brainwashed in this culture. One poster said he has a "bad boob fetish". Sounds strange but it actually makes sense. If you see something over and over and over again, your brain gets used to it... might even start liking it. The truth is the competing priorities of being slim and having boobs dont work particularly well together. If a girl has a bit of mass around her chest then implants are easier and sit better but to get that you tend to hae to carry more weight and the current prevalant trend in the western world is for girls to be slim. Thats why you get nipples pointing at odd angles or the look of having a couple of grapefruit halves under the skin. If the doc doesn't have much to work with they do what they can but they cant magically create skin to work with. A way around that is multiple surgeries going up sizes gradually but that is very expensive. With GG's a girl with a natural C cup can go to a D easily enough but for a girl with an A you cant - if they tried they would get the same sort of problems some TG's experience.
