Like men in gay or straight porn, the bigger dicks are on the screen. Same with Tranny porn. Although they aren't all that big. I've seen some small ones and they are usually bottom. I think the only reason estrogen could shrink a penis is due to the inhibition of natural testosterone. Estrogen has strong growth factors so maybe if a TS is taking estrogen but not so much to dramatically decrease natural testosterone, then the combination of estrogen and testosterone(especially DHT) then it may cause penis growth.
Studies on rats have shown that estrogen increases fat deposition in the penis.

Some good points made in posts are that TS in porn tend to have bigger dicks and gay men tend to have bigger dicks. That may be true but the TS women I have dated have usually had pretty big dicks and they are very feminine and not usually in porn or escort business.

CGH. This is an answer to your question. The higher is the level of CGH (by natural or by artificial way) in TSs body, the bigger will grow theirs equipment and testicules. Even more, if they start making ingections of CGH (under foreskin or inside of testicules) then they are already adult, it will make theirs equipment and testicules dramatically grow bigger again. It happens because of hormonal disfunction in TS bodies and because of reaction on CGH. However, if you use CGH injections for normal men, it will never have the same dramatical effect as for TS (the growth effect will be moderate but never fast and dramatical as for TS).
