WOW.....classy. I guess you never heard of taking the high road, huh? I see Stef eventually came on and defended herself/boyfriend (not that she had to) but if you were going to come on here in her defense you probably could have been more tactful about it. Not exactly a "customer oriented" approach, which seeing as how you're in the industry and trying to attract more business for yourself and/or your business, you may want to alter your approach in the future.

Not having seen the video I can't comment on it....but from seeing the stills posted here, gotta say nybpro seems to have a valid point.
