It seems to be the default rumour but in Nefertiti's case I've heard many rumours over multiple years that she'd deceased and despite trying to find out, I still don't know. I wonder if all those rumours started in one place or if there is truth in it, I'd love to know.

Indeed Giovanni.... and you don't die suddenly of AIDS anyway. HIV leads, if untreated, to AIDS which opens you to a wide range of infections and diseases. Even if were true that the lady had HIV I suspect she'd now be on anti-retrovirals.

Shame on you Avers for posting what is, in my view, almost certainly a totally spurious rumour .

There is no smoke without fire ... Normally, people does not do any sudden retirements without any serious reasons. So, both the versions of AIDS or of strong hormonal disfunction in her case may really take place.

Yes it was Suzzana Holms... she lost the sight in one eye as a result. A gang incident in Brazil I believe.
