Regardless of what the patient is asking for, a reputable plastic surgeon has a reputation to consider, and should simply say "no" to a patient asking for a look like this.

It's pretty obvious that many, many trannies become horribly addicted to plastic surgery, and most go WAY overboard. Kimber is obviously one of them. She should have gotten help for her addiction several surgeries ago.
