Low Profile under the muscle....Big (800cc plus) high profiles look silly, but BIG low profiles look more natural and go better with a small frame. Especially from the profile. Small-to-medium CC high profiles are that wack look she should definitely avoid. She should shoot for a wider base, lower profile.

Generally speaking, I don't like implants.

But I have to admit that she chose a really good surgeon because the result is great.
