My very first TS friend ever died of AIDS. She was a cover girl on a contact magazine here in the South east called "Unique Encounters". This was pre internet. I was just starting to explore things and called her. Her compassion was amazing, she was in Miami and I in Myrtle Beach. We kept in touch, calling and writing. I met someone and she and I lost touch. When I finally made it to Florida a couple years later, I found out she had passed from the disease. This was 16 or so years ago, and to this day I remember her for her kindness.

Anyone knows that when you have a test, you need to have another test 3 months after the 1st to be 100% certain you are have no HIV antibodies in your system.

I don't believe this is exactly the place to get preachy about the three month window (I thought it was less), since the entire porn industry uses it. It is not TS-specific. I had a HIV test about 2 years ago and then another after 3 months to confirm there was no hidden HIV antibodies in me.

Waiting for the results was the scariest 3 months of my life!!!

When I see people doing Bare-Back I wonder why, when its so easy to protect yourself (and your partner) with a simple condom.
