I always knew about the "White Christmas" thing, as being a stamp collector I've seen all the German issues that laughing boy had printed up every year to celebrate his illustrious presence.
And they thought Kaiser Wilhelm was narcissitic. I've yet to find a stamp featuring his image.
On the Oklahoma City bombing, I remember getting out of the limo in Baltimore just as the news reports started coming over the radio. That was a very sobering day.

you guys like alice in chains?
if you like them, check out the creators of grunge- the melvins.
many people call them this because they were the first to produce sludgy riffs.
it's supposedly cobain's favorite band.
buzz (melvins lead singer and guitarist) took him to his first rock'n'roll show.
by the way, they are my favorite band.
check out either the album 'stoner witch' or 'houdini' first.
they aren't nearly as commercail as alice in chains or nirvana...
give them a go.
anyway, happy 4/20.
hopefully i'll be baked amongst you folks.
