I personally don't think it's a case of whether you like tats on someone or not. Some girls I think look amazing with tattoo's while others don't - it's not something I can define it's just what you like and it's not just girls - some people pick their tattoo's very well while others seem not to. Which means some look bad while the good ones enhance someones look and can even look sexy.
Just a personal opinion.
