No. They are paying less and less and doing it to everybody. Of course they are going to promote girls they shoot, its within their best interest. Nothing wrong with that.

I make porn because A. I do make OK stable money each month from porn since I have my own site. And B. I just have a great time making porn. I don't escort. I made more money in working a full time job. But now I have the freedom to go back to school full time and explore other stuff that people with full time jobs can't do. There is a price to put on that opportunity. That is for sure.

As far as lowballing goes, let me give you an example. A company offered someone I know who is a top performer $600 for a hardcore scene for a multi site which turns their content to dvd. (Not grooby, bellatard)2 Years ago, they made almost twice that. Thats pretty low. But when you factor in things like Testing, New Wardrobe, hair if you do it, makeup if they don't supply it on that day, the profit can come down do pretty much not worth our time. Especially if a girl escorts and can easily make the same money from home or something. At some point if the current trend continues, its going to become so low that it will cost more to money to do a shoot than they pay you.

This isn't a complaint or me bitching or calling out anyone. This is a fact of life in the industry. I will still work because I love what I do. But I will never escort and hate the fact that some producers try to justify the lower and lower pay by saying that most of ts escort.

And to touch on how the disgruntled employee thing goes. I am far from that. The only person who comes to mind that fits this is Bella and she barely ever really broke into the industry to see what really goes on. I have great relationships with every producer I have ever shot with. I know business is business. I have a site and business to run myself. But I do speak the truth how I see it.

Your problem is that you have this thing where you focus all your energy at grooby and then support other sites who all work the same way and do the same things. So it pretty much makes you just look like an ass and like you just want revenge for something that they did to you. I am not the only one saying this. Yea, they are part of it. But they pay more than some other producers do and have had the same rates since I started working with them. Where as other sites have lowered their rates that they pay models.

The difference between you and I is that I really don't give a fuck because I love making porn. I also know that business is business and there are reasons why they do the things they do. Being in the industry for 2 years and running my own site, I can see where they are coming from on some levels and I don't take things personally when it comes to business.

I show up, get along with everyone, give the scene my best, and if I have any problems with any way it all went down, I talk to them in private and deal with it that way. Fortunately, I never have to do this because I never really have issues with anyone individual that I ever have worked with. Thats one reason why I am still working after 2 years.

Support how? I haven't shot with a major TS studio since last summer, and at that, I may have only gotten that shoot because Britney Markham needed a ride. In fact, the scene has sold very well and I haven't gotten a callback. Even still, getting work helps me just as well as anybody else. Plus the only company whose banners my websites carry right now is SMC, and at the moment they're leading the way in setting girls up in their own businesses. So how am I 'supporting' exploitation exactly? I've always put my money where my mouth is. If you don't want to hear it from me, ask my nearly-empty bank account.

Right now, my shoots are coming from outside of the niche and will be for the foreseeable future, either through non-TS related studios or via my website in production, but unlike most girls, broke or not, I have absolute independence. I know you have a liberal agreement with Steven, but in the end, your relationship is strictly business just like everyone else's. You're part of Grooby at his request, which can be rescinded any time, and probably will be when you're no longer of use.

Look around. I'm sure you and I both know the girls who have gone through it or are going through it now. I don't want to name names, but I could.
