Prior to SRS my orgasms changed considerably. I no longer ejaculated, and I could have multiple orgasms. Post-op it's very similar. I have three different types of O's. i believe its something like all fetuses are female at one point and then get changed to male or what ever else during pregnancy. Thats what I mean. Vaginas are created from your own skin and parts. They are very much real.

Not to get technical and not trying to offend but, in reality there are a VERY slim number of cells in our bodies that were there when we were born. Nervous cells (brain cells) and cardiac (heart) ceels are generally the longest lived. Other than that most cells die off and and are replaced. Sorry, just my inner nerd coming out!
