The heavier guy isn't even jared, look at the teeth of both guys, they are different, the smile is different...no comparison of the two.........The hairline is different, and jared doesn't have a crease in his skin on the right side of his mouth when he smiles

The hairline can be explained by aging, lots of guys start going bald as they reach middle aged. It would be more likely for him to lose hair (going from the 1st pic to the 2nd one) than the other way around (had he had less hair in the first pic than the 2nd one it would be more likely the 2nd wasn't him).
