My advice:
Everything you wanted to know about escorting you can learn from watching the movie, Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo.
For example, make sure you establish the price AND WHO'S PAYING IT before you get to the bedroom. Remember what happened to Deuce when he picked up a client in a bar, got back to the bedroom, and discovered that SHE was a hooker and expected him to pay her.
My favourite quote from the movie:
Antoine Laconte: I'm a gigolo.
Deuce Bigalow: Giga-who?
Antoine Laconte: Women pay me to give them... pleasure.
Deuce Bigalow: How did you get that job?
Antoine Laconte: I just sort of fell into it.
Deuce Bigalow: I'm gonna kill my guidance counselor!
What if all these fantasies come flailing around?

EROS is only as safe as the providers that advertise. So far no bad experiences on my end but you should really do your homework. Check out reviews and go with "known" girls. Good luck.
How am I not myself?

DC...Damn. I was supposed to be there this weekend.
I see that Nicolle is there. Though I have no personal experience, I have had some online interaction with her. Seems nice, patient.
Other than that, I'm afraid I can't give you much help.
