now 8.5stone

i need to get to about 9stone ideally being 5ft7.

Holy cow, that's awesome! I'm at 9.2 stone right now (about 129 pounds), but was once 11.07 stone (155 pounds) when I was 21 and a bodybuilder. I'm 5-7 and a quarter inch.

Not a TS but in high school I was 17.5 stone and lost 6 stone in a year.

I'm 5'7 too! lol sadly still in the dark days of being a smidgen over 10 stone. so come on then, whats the secret of becoming a bean pole?
