Reservoir Dogs is up there. Highway 61, Roadkill, Hard Core Logo..

Just about any film directed by Abel Ferrera has a cult audience - Bad Lieutenant, The King Of New York, Driller Killer and MS. 45. The latter film being my favorite of his.
Tarentino could learn a a thing or two from him.
