Jericho-LMAO- There's a pile of applicants on the list. No, you don't just stand on a line, you take the civil service tests and depending on how you score, what race you are, and if you know anybody, your selected from a long list.

I really don't know what your point is and I don't mean to shut you down, but you seem clueless also.
There's guys who have low test scores, but because of their race they're selected over the guys who scored better. Then they go to the police academy or whatever else. Also the way they do it now is some fools go to school and take some bs classes and they get a good shot at a job.

Where are these guys? We're talking about 100,000's of people. Some are maybe unemployed, working other jobs, and/or just still sitting on the list.

Why haven't I taken the test? Because I wouldn't be able to stand working with a bunch of people who get their rocks off by fucking over people.
