Hara..I always bang down 2 cups of green tea as soon as I wake up, then do the work out routine...gets the motor runnin!!
On Sundays.....tea with pancakes and good ole Vermont maple syrup..like a ritual...

I only drink espresso. I make it at home with brazilian coffee and warm some milk and add that. Tea is nice sometimes, the english are good at it but not frequently do I make it, although I have herb tea at night sometimes...
