As far as I know she has not done any x-rated films, but has worked as an actress appearing in Dario Argento's film Tenebrae (1982) and (full frontal nude) in Mascara (1987) (this film also includes one of David Bowie's trans ex-girlfriends, Romy Haag). She is one of the few transexuals to have a fairly steady film career and is well known in Italy. Her filmography is here:
