It is, but the trouble is that we're on a porn board and are always likely to get a skewed representation. The OP's assumptions have obviously come from overindulging in porn and there's an old saying, that "assumptions make an ass out of you." Someone like Christian would be better placed to comment, but porn sex isn't like real life sex and while some will undoubtedly enjoy their work, its primary function is to get the viewer off, not the participants.

Some TS will get into the sex industry (porn, webcamming, escorting) due to a high sex drive. However, far more do so due to limited opportunities in their country, as a means to fund surgery or simply to set themselves up for a better future.
