TGrooby Theives
On several occassions I have had to cancel my subscribitions to various Grooby sites because you never get what you pay for. They charge you almost $40 a month but yet I have never had a full month because their servers continually go down and you lose anywhere fro 5-7 day a month. When you complain to them about this, all you get is a bunch of lame excuses. Never have I ever had a month where they actually returned the days that they stole from me. I was just on line with blacktgirls .com when my screen was directed to a page that says "oop. Password problems. Notify I and we will fix it." BULLSHIT. You are then directed to a page that demands that you send a "ticket" to them with the problem. Then if you are lucky, you may hear from them in a few days. In the meantime, you are being ripped off for the days that you already paid for. The people that run Grooby should be ashamed of themselves for being theives.

I am not one to defend Grooby to a fault but server issues? password issues? I don't think that is the norm. I have not experienced issues like that.
When you send a ticket...what is the outcome? turn-around time?
Let's face it...some women just look better with their clothes ON

Absolute and utter bullshit.
Our servers have over 99.9% up-time.
All customer service emails are answered in generally under 24 hrs (usually faster).
None of our sites are $40 a month.
We never give excuses - we sort the problem out - we have customer service track record second to none.
If you had "password problems" it's likely your password was either compromised by you sharing it or by a password pirate guessing it. In this case, we ask that you "submit a ticket" which means, your email goes into our customer service email to be answered by the first customer service agent to get to it. This is how all good customer service companies work.
In the event a customer is down for any length of time, we ALWAYS ensure we either compensate them with extra time - or time on another site.
Send me your username directly to admin@grooby.com - so I can see what happened - otherwise, your whole post is irrelevant.

Only once did I ever experience password problems and that was because my email was hacked from India (security report). Grooby's staff was very friendly and gave me a new password.
I also never experienced server issues. I just rejoined ShemaleXXX last week and had ZERO problems connecting to the site. Downloads are fast and Tyra Scott's new hardcore is fucking hot.
I suggest you make major changes to your email address. It has likely been hacked and your passwords are being stolen.
