Its definitely a case of some stay hard and others don't. I don't think I have ever been fully erect whenever I have been pegged by female with a strap on and/or when I was with a TS. But like you said, it does feel great none the less.

If I had to generalize, I would say that most do not stay hard while receiving, especially without the help of Viagra etc.
