Well Brasilan girls get payed something like 100 - 200 bucks a scene while the American girls who are known to keep your movies off the shelfs get 10 times that ammount. Vanitty was known to be charging 3gs for a scene for a while, I think she pissed too many people off and had to re-evaluate her worth... LOL

But the adult industry trade show was the same weekend in the same place. So there are hundreds of wannabee female porn stars desperate to break into it? Is it easier to get into than normal entertainment/showbiz, for peanuts? But once they make one film the whole world knows about it so to speak, and it could come back to haunt you. Wasnt there a famous oriental porn star, suzie chong??? (who broke the record for the biggest gang bang ever with over 300+ guys, final one, Ron Jeremy). Her family thought she was just a student in the US and not in the porn trade, caused major regrets for her and family. I believe she is no longer involved.

You often hear of porn stars having tortured souls and lives despite the envy and glamour. Yet many are eager to get in. Are the producers guilty of exploiting? or do they care cos the demand is so great?
