I think the issue possibly stems from being a big fish, moving from a tank into an ocean. As far as people that purchase content are concerned, beautiful pre-op women are still the big fish, and when they move across to compare with cis women, they're just another pretty face.

However, she should had told her members before the new content was released. It is unfair for pre op only members who PAID for this month's membership to get a surprise. Paying members should be informed of major content changes like this.
