You will need to either get srs or castrated for health reasons down the line.it isn't advised that we take high amounts of estrogen for the rest of our lives.estrogen increases your risk for cancer, blood clots and a slew of other disease.castration will cut your hormone regimen down by at least half.don't listen to these men.they're more concerned with their fantasies than with your health.

I think if a Transwoman is serious about never living as a man again, but is not ready/does not wish full on SRS, then an orchidectomy is fine. Word to the wise, if a woman does every decide to get SRS, its best to keep the scrotum, otherwise skin grafts will be needed....
