Right now I could probably dead lift around 230-240lbs if I really put my back into it.
I have not worked a press or squats in yrs, but if I had to guess right now I would say my press would be about 170, and squat in the 200ish range.
If I really went out and trained hard like (football 2 a day) hard I could get that up in 2 months to 300lbs dead lift 250press 250-300lbs squat.
