I like this thread, it's something I'm always trying to capture with little success - but then that's usually because taking pics is the last thing on my mind when in the appropriate situation!
Here's a recent one of my girlfriend's output though, which was nice...

Optimum situation to get this type of a shot is obviously a fast shutter speed and studio lighting!
