    Default Excess skin from tucking?

I heard a rumor that if a transgendered person practices the art of tucking their penis away for long periods of time excess skin grows which can make someone circumcised appear uncircumcised. Is there any truth to this?

Can you legitimately grow a new pseudo foreskin basically?

No, but tucking can cause your dick to grow several inches, it's why so many TS women have huge cocks

Not using your penis and not ejactulating causes your testosorone rise .
More testosterone the bigger your penis and the bigger your ejactulation.
Testosterone goes up like 100 NG(nanograms),that's why you get so horny and the urge increases because of the pent up tension.

Skin always stretches and loses elasticity.
