When Black people use the term 'Black' as a self identifier, it's about taking agency over our OWN identity and not meant to be used literally.

Just like White people don't call themselves 'White' to literally mean the color of snow.

Your preoccupation with NOT being called Black because the term doesn't reflect your actual skin pigment is baffling.

We were nigger/nigra/negro/colored....until we chose to stop being defined by others and chose to call ourselves BLACK.

You got too many brain cells James to use such a juvenile argument against the use of the term 'Black' by Black folk.

Black men among trans-attracted men IMO are disproportionately represented based on their percentage of the population, IMO.
Far from saying ALL BLACK men are DL.

Africans don't identify with black Americans AT ALL. Also, a higher percentage of black Anericans prefer the classification of "black" to "African American."

Black American pop culture has a huge influence in Africa. The African diaspora is a huge consumer of what's happening in the Black American culture, even though we are so culturally different.
