Why are most porn companies' customer service shady?

I have mention this subject in the past. Most porn companies have horrible customer service. Some of them can be very shady. I am surprised by how many customers like porn businesses treat them like dirt. Broken scenes at some sites are never fixed and may take months to get fixed. Customer service ignores your message. These are just a few examples.

Kink did not release a new scene for TS Seduction on the week of July 6th. They bumped an old scene's release date to that day and members demanded for a new scene. The update was a classic scene. Kink updated the site normally for the next two weeks. Yet, they still owe members for July 6th. I contacted support to resolve the matter as they never responded to customer's complaints for a missing update that was PAID for by members. Kink responded by admitting that they bumped an old update. They consider July 13th's gangbang scene as a special scene to makeup for the previous week. WHAT THE FUCK? How can July 13th's update being a gangbang make up for the previous week? We pay for weekly updates. July 13th's update being a gangbang does not count as a double date. This is shady business.

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE.
It would be like if Steven did not update Shemale Yum for a week and consider's the following week's regular updates to count for both weeks. That's not how it works when you are advertising daily updates.

You buy an eight piece box at KFC and they only give you four pieces. You complain to the manager about the missing chicken. He or she tells up that next week they will give you eight pieces when you order from them again. How does that replace the missing chicken?

My best experiences with customer service are with Grooby and Naughty America. Grooby's customer service is always on point and I can go to Steven if I really need an issue resolved.

I understand were you're coming from but l use this Bushism in my dealings with porn companies "Fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.”
Besides l do my research,l check if they update frequently before signing up and normally only sign up on a monthly basis unless there's deal.

There should be a site that operates with a slightly different model

Updates are not scheduled regularly, because it depends on really having an outstanding girl...but customer cards are ONLY charged when the site is updated. In other words, you remain a member until you cancel and you're charged only when the site has new content.

like everything and everyone else, it depends on the site. i had shemalemov membership over a decade ago or so. i think that was in 2005 or something? or 2006/7? anyhow, they were prompt in answering the phone (the call was outsourced to a payment processor). i had my membership cancelled right away upon request. i did not cancel it due to dissatisfaction. i stopped due to personal budgeting issues. anyhow, i did not get magical billing charges. not everyone is a thief. it all depends. the sex industry is like hollywood - seedy, nasty, full of cons and scams but some companies are good. i am willing to bet 100% that hustler and such other major brands don't play games. i don't know which website or brand in the tgirl industry sector is as good reliable and upstanding. everyone isn't bad.
