After much research, here is the definitive cast list for the following DVD.

Italian She Male 1 - directed by Andrea Nobili

Scene 1 - Andrea Nobili & Marita (ts) - brunette
Scene 2 - Andrea Nobili & Stefany De Castro (ts) - blonde
Scene 3 - Andrea Nobili & Christiana Egberg (ts) - blonde
Scene 4 - Benito & Anicacio (ts) - ethnic with very large circular ear-rings

I was able to identify Marita through her appearance in the DVD "Trannie Fashion Show" released by the Caffe Italia studio.

It turns out that Benito is an older, balding dude and not the person on the covers of "Italian She Male 2".

During my research of the Italian shemale movie scene, I've discovered several noticable things.

Many DVDs are reissued, by other studios, with alternative titles and sometimes with different covers.

For example:-

Italian She Male 3 released by Pink'o Enterprises (cover attached) aka
Shemale Tandem released by Italian Production (cover attached) aka
Trannie Surprise released by Caffe Italia (cover attached)

So far I've found the following Italian studios who've issued DVDs within the shemale/transsexual niche/genre.

Pink'o Enterprises - DVD covers and scene index pix obtained
Italian Production - DVD covers and scene index pix obtained
Caffe Italia - DVD covers and scene index pix obtained
Channel 69 - DVD covers and scene index pix obtained

There have to be more Italian studios? Does anyone know of any others?

Trying to identify the Italian shemale and male stars is proving to be very difficult but not impossible.

I've found many sample clips containing identifiable Italian shemale and male stars which are not from any of the known DVDs from the studios listed above.

As of this morning, I've amassed approximately 1,200 sets of sample clips of Italian/European shemales and the list continues to grow each day.

Can you help with any of the above?

I've found that one of the most helpful sources of information, for the investigation into Italian shemale DVDs, are the VOD (Video on Demand) or PPV (Pay Per View) websites such as the two listed below.

Both Penisbot and Aebn provide not only DVD covers but also scene index pix which are essential tools to identifying related sets of sample clips.

Does anyone know of any other VOD/PPV websites which combine both elements?

Good news, I've managed to find another studio who produce Italian shemale/transsexual DVDs.

FM Video - DVD covers and scene index pix obtained - so far they seem to have only issued six titles within the genre.

01. Barbarie Transexual - Transsexual Barbarians
02. Memorie Transexual - Transsexual Memories
03. Olocausto Transexual - Transsexual Holocaust
04. Orgasmi Transexual - Transsexual Orgasms
05. Una Storia Ambigua - An Ambiguous Story - aka Euro Shemales 2 starring Andrea Nobili
06. Un Trans Di Nome Rocco - A Trans Named Rocco directed by and starring Andrea Nobili, I think?

So far, apart from #06, I havn't been able to find sample clips for any of them, but it all adds to our knowledge. I think that Stefany De Castro may have two scenes in #06, one as a blonde and another with black hair.

**UPDATE** As of this morning the number of sets of sample clips has grown to 1,386.
