Both Bailey and Sue are very cute. They're easily on the same level in terms of looks. Bailey wears a lot of accessories/wigs in her performances and Sue tends to have a more natural beauty appearance. Sue also has a chance to shine above since Bailey isn't a good performer or I guess more accurately, she limits herself and it detracts from her performance.

....as to the "how" of it....for anyone w/ basic skills and a PhotoShop program, it's a fairly simple process to clone that out
...as to the "why" of it.....and don't get me wrong, I'm definitely on the side of the artists and content providers and I fully understand the whole intellectual property thing and the need for logos and watermarks, etc. So, ok, I can deal w/ the fact that it's a necessary evil, it's just that, well...does the damn thing have to be so big ? It's damn near as big as her head. Something a bit smaller or perhaps more translucent would serve the same purpose and yet not be quite so distracting from the main subject, which is the girl
