What's odd is if I log out, I can view it but if I'm logged in, I cannot.

It has been investigated by several technical guys who despite their best endeavours were unable to find a solution. It may be that next time the vBulletin software is upgraded then it might be solved in that package but I don't know when that will be and there are no guarantees.

It works for me, just takes a long time to load, we are talking 21,740 image links loading.
