If someone, say Trump, creates a PAC to fund and organize a campaign on any issue or an election, is it legal for them to spend the money on the legal fees that are not related to the purpose of the PAC?

Can the donors ask for their money back?

He seems to be allergic to spending his own money always doing his best to spend other people's. But why can't he sell some of his real estate -is he afraid it will go on sale at a price he doesn't think is fair? I assume he knows that because of his reputation, even before the NYC case on fraud that any potential buyers will want a massive reduction -rather like Putin having to sell Russian oil to India and China at massive discounts.

I understand the Party of Trump has bragged about the repeal of Roe v Wade. What they haven't used the magaphone to proclaim is their parallel opposition to Contraception, not just condoms, but the medical contraceptives -thus

But, if the claim is that life begins with fertilization, the logic of the Party of Trump must surely go further to make ejaculation illegal if it does not take place in sexual intercourse intended to create a life, for a man's semen is one of the key elements of fertilization. Obviously it would be absurd to ban masturbation, but it must surely be the case that ejaculation be made illegal, as in 'Relax, don't do it, when you want to come'.

And after the ban, the policing of the law....
