Folks....I have a few friends within the bodybuilding, crossfit, and strongman-strongwoman community and I'm here to tell you that amount of discipline (mental & physical) that it takes to attain this look is very challenging! In other words - it's tough!

Bodies take years to develop.

Lot's of folks make the mistake of thinking that there's some type of 30-day magic.

There isn't.

If an individual is 100% committed, they might see noticeable changes within 120-180 days. But what you "see" has taken years of hard work and discipline. There is no magic - just commitment.

.....sorry, this is all new to me, and makes even less sense w/out any visual aids
...did a search for Nina Lawless....got a page of about 3 or 4 hundred photos, some solo, some w/ partners
....very attractive lady to be sure, but oddly enough, no shots featuring the posterior
....do a search for Nina Hartley and you're bound to get at least a handful of shots of that prize winning back porch...sadly, not so in this case

...also did a search for "striated glutes" ....another term unfamiliar to me
