No no dont worry. Its just a website that refreshes a website you assign it to refresh.

cam4 does not automatically show if Sara starts a broadcast. You have to manually refresh Saras profile to see her cam.

refreshthis.com just does it for you for example every 1 minute. So leave your speakers on and assign refreshthis.com to refresh Saras page on cam4 so you hear Saras music if she comes online.

So you have much better chance to catch her online.
