Once you create a profile, you can subscribe to a performer's cam; however, they would need to schedule an online viewing for you to get a notification. You can also send private messages, but there's no guarantee a performer will reply.

If you throw a shitload of tokens their way, it's possible you may get a reply from a PM, but don't hold your breath. One thing we all learn from Sara/Pureheroyne/etc., unpredictability is her greatest asset!
