Sorry if this was covered before but last year the news broke of how Veronica Bolina was beaten to a pulp by police in Brazil. Anyone has any news on how shes doing or any recent pics?

She's in detention @ Leopoldina (Avenida nações unidas, 1230, vila Leopoldina, em São Paulo) , the info says that she is fine and has recovered.
All the infos are in portuguese.

Does not say in any of the articles I've read, but from what I understood is that she's been charged with resisting arrest, attempted murder, and bunch of other stuff. So that is likely quite some time.

Has there been any recent news with this story? Has she been fully sentenced, is it being enforced? Is she to appeal? Are the incidents that occured during her initial detention being investigated?
