Bailey Jay castrated?

In earlier photos Bailey has a normal scrotum and a small penis. Recently her penis appear greatly enlarged and she appears to be castrated (including removal of scrotal sac) It's also apparent in video clips which sort of rules out Photoshop.
Any one here aware of this?

I don't think that is a particularly recent photoset, and having seen her most recent videos, where she indulges in "ball-play", I would suggest this is an erroneous conclusion.

Here is an earlier photo. Note the small female genital fold, small penis and scrotum all of which are missing in the first image I posted.

And here's a screen cap from one of her most recent videos. As a possessor of testicles I think whatever those curious ovoid objects in the picture are, they look pretty close.

HRT causes the testicles and penile tissue to atrophy. The bag sac is especially affected at least with me. I noticed mine shrinking one month on hormones.
