    Default Question for the girls - Is Waist training Reversible?

    Not that anyone would probably ever want to reverse the progress. But I just was curious if after slimming the waist down like this if the results can be erased? I mean common sense says gaining weight would do it but I mean like the hips and what not.

    All it is, is compression of fat cells, so to answer your question yes the laws of nature will make it reverse over time.
