Default Going Solo to TEA Awards

I attended the TEA show after party last year for my first time. I wasn't sure what to expect going solo but ended up having a blast. This year I'm contemplating if I should go to the awards show solo.

A nightclub is more of a social setting because you can walk around. Can anyone tell me how the seating arrangements are?

You can walk around and be social at awards before, intermission and at end. Plus a lot of people dont watch show per say they hang out in lobby/bar area and have good time. So its a very social event. Girls walking around and talking.

Good to know about the lobby/bar area. That sounds more fun than sitting at a tables with strangers! Thanks or the info Michelle!

It's probably good to explain what the actual show and format is like. There is a large lobby/bar area to the event where people gather as they come in. There are also two bars which you can hang out at within the stage area. The floor area in front of the state is table seating for sponsors and some guests. Right behind that there are logis/sofa type seats which are mostly open on a first come basis. Around that there is plenty of standing area.
The upstairs balcony was mainly empty last year and afforded a great view of the show. There is plenty of open seating up here and with a bar, just down there stairs, actually you get almost the VIP treatment for free.
The show is in two-halves with some entertainment at the start and 1/2 time.
A lot of time is spent just socializing and hanging out. Considering buying the two nights tickets is discounted when bought as a package, I'd recommend you'd have a good time doing both nights. Returning the second night and seeing people you may have talked to, is a good ice breaker.
