I'm using my phone, and there is a icon that resembles film that allows u to insert the URL. Hopefully that helps

If the videos are stored on your phone (or pc hard drive) then you can't upload them directly to here but would have to upload them to a video hosting site first, then post the link. You tube would be the obvious choice (assuming the content is suitable... ). Links to any actual "Porn tube sites" are banned on here.

Other than that, Meego, seems to be an expert on getting videos onto here, (example link below). Maybe send him a pm and ask which site he uses?
