ED drugs like Cialis or Viagra will not increase your sexual desire. If stimulation is truly the issue, even with a boner, you might still have issues reaching orgasm. If you indeed have issues achieving or maintaining an erection, I will second the recommendation for generics from India. I struggled with anxiety which greatly affected my sex life and the generic Tadalifil (Cialis) and Sildenafil (Viagra) were lifesavers and worked just as well as the expensive ED drugs. Treating my anxiety was what really fixed my issues though. If you do decide to use ED drugs, of course, see your physician first. And if you choose generics from India, make sure you use a burner email address, and if possible, a prepaid gift card and P.O. Box. They will sell your info and you will be spammed to death otherwise.

To the OP, I highly doubt you can find anything OTC at CVS that is proven to be effective sexual stimulant.

There are supplements that do work but they aren't a magic bullet or work like ED drugs. They also don't give good results if you are out of shape and have a horrible diet.

I've used these in the past and had good results and find I get a boost in desire.

MACA- 1500-3000mg
D-Aspartic-Acid -3g
Tribulus-500-1500mg
Mucuna Pruriens or L-Dopa - 400-1600mg

From personal use, I would say that Panax Ginseng may work depending on dosage and time frame - it takes weeks of it in your system , but I believe I did feel a difference. I also took it for the lungs, but I'm not sure if that worked at all. I'm off it presently, because there is a slight possibility that it raised my blood pressure a tad, although that might just be from aging.
I'm going to go back on it again to see if there are any changes.
